Job Title: Director - Wales,
Company: The Woodland Trust
I have worked for the Woodland Trust in Wales for a long time, in site acquisition and management, public engagement work and project development and I now lead the team of 25 or so Woodland Trust staff in Wales. In addition to managing the 120 woods we own in Wales we also support other land owners in restoring and expanding woods and are supporting several catchment management projects. We campaign for more native woodland, for better protection and conservation of ancient woods and trees, and we aim to inspire people to use and value trees and woods.
